Greenbids Announces Michael Hanbury-Williams as New UK MD

Hanbury-Williams will lead Greenbids’ expansion into the UK, establishing the company as a leader in delivering better media quality by enhancing performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
Hanbury-Williams joins Greenbids following eight years at Universal McCann London – the leading global media network in IPG Mediabrands – where he was head of sustainability and purpose across EMEA. Having been involved in Ad Net Zero since its inception, and winning this year’s Marketing Research Society’s Sustainability Change Maker of The Year award, he’s expertly placed to implement Greenbids’ mission: to deliver AI-optimised advertising campaigns that cut emissions, while boosting performance – contributing to the decarbonisation of digital advertising.
In his new role, Hanbury-Williams will lead client relationships and oversee the growth of Greenbids’ product and sales teams, drawing on his experience across digital campaign planning and management, data and innovation consultancy, as well as sustainability and purpose.
