DoubleVerify Expands Regional & Global Operations with Three Appointments

DoubleVerify, a leading software platform for digital media measurement, data, and analytics, announces three key appointments in the UK.
Carl Kisseih joins as lead enterprise sales director, Owen Boyne as enterprise sales director, and Chris Mort as global client partner. Kisseih and Boyne will further elevate DV's commercial profile and strengthen its commitment and presence in the EMEA region. Mort will solidify DV’s strategic relationships and drive better business outcomes for its international clients.

These appointments come at a significant time in DV’s expansion, following its recent purchase of performance measurement company Rockerbox. Building on its 2023 acquisition of customisable AI company Scibids, DV continues to enhance its activation offering, and these new hires will help scale these capabilities for its EMEA and global clients.
Kisseih has more than 15 years of extensive experience driving client success for marketing, media, and ad tech companies, including Rakuten Marketing and Valueclick. His most recent role was as International director of agencies and advertisers at Nielsen Marketing Cloud, where he led the EMEA team in propelling sales activity for its SaaS, audience targeting, and measurement solutions.

Boyne brings a wealth of experience in media sales, having worked for agencies at prominent UK publishers, including News UK. In his previous role as head of programmatic sales at The Telegraph, he was instrumental in accelerating revenue growth.

Mort joins DV with nearly two decades of experience. He developed his commercial expertise at Mindshare, Microsoft, and Spotify where he served as international client partner for CPG and retail brands. In his new role, Mort will cultivate global client relationships to strengthen DV's brand safety, verification, and measurement leadership.
