Hot on the heels of announcing Kaylie Smith as the new MD for the APAC region, Rubicon has made another significant international appointment.

Oli Whitten has been hired by the yield optimisation specialist to oversee and develop relationships with the leading online advertising networks across Europe.

Whitten, a former Director of Publisher Services for AOL’s Platform-A UK, will look to increase the number of ad networks Rubicon presently does business with in the UK and European market.

Exchange buying specialist, GDM, is ramping up its offering to the agency market by hiring Leila Nethercoat from E-Type and Jenny Turner from TMP Worldwide. The new recruits will allow GDM to target agencies, seeking to leverage the buying opportunities on the exchanges.
