Ogury Appoints Blandine Kouyaté as Chief People Officer

In her role, Blandine will be responsible for bringing the voice of Ogury’s people to the table and focus on creating the best employee experience. Blandine will define the vision and strategy for the people, culture, diversity and inclusion and internal communications functions at Ogury.

Blandine is originally from France and began her professional journey in HR, holding several positions over nine years at Yahoo! in EMEA, covering up to 1500 people in ten countries and acting as an influential business partner. Blandine moved on to become the head of HR at Betclic Group, a leading online gaming company, and then into the chief people officer role at online travel company eDreams ODIGEO, strengthening the business’ HR function through a full company transformation pre and post IPO. On moving to the UK in 2015, Blandine worked as a Coach, as well as an interim HR leader at both Smartly.io, a social advertising automation platform, and Airbnb. Most recently in 2019, she founded a coaching and HR leadership company, Ankata ltd in a view to reconcile her passion for people and entrepreneurship.
Ogury’s visionary approach to sustainable digital advertising, anchored in consumer privacy protection ahead of GDPR and privacy legislation, attracted Blandine to become an Ogurian. Her ambitions include continuing to voice Ogury’s authentic brand and reputation, where leadership standards and corporate values are not overlooked, but actioned.
