Making Science, a digital acceleration company has launched Trust Generative AI, a generative artificial intelligence platform that integrates with OpenAI and Stable Diffusion to provide secure AI generative content validation and optimisation. The platform solves two main challenges facing users of systems such as OpenAI: the lack of first-party data and real-time information.

Despite the potential for increased automated efficiency, large language models such as GPT-3 cannot access non-public company information or store recent information; the GPT-4 language model was trained with data up to September 2021 and has not been updated since then.

The launch comes as generative artificial intelligence, based on large language models such as GPT and Bard, is set to transform the way people work, facilitating a higher level of automation and efficiency. However, only 15% of UK businesses have adopted at least one AI technology. This leaves the majority neglecting the benefits of AI, and more specifically, generative AI, which could give them a competitive edge.

Trust Generative AI demonstrated its strengths for Italian lifestyle-focussed marketplace Ventis.it, when it generated 100,000 product descriptions for the website in minutes and reduced costs by more than 10,000 times when compared to generation by the editorial department. The tool also generated descriptions which were 95% more aligned with the desired creative generated by the editorial department than when using alternative AI-tools. 

In addition, Trust Generative AI’s generative capabilities can be applied to a variety of other content, such as call centre conversations, FAQs, emails, images, and more, with the ability to connect to services such as Google Cloud's Vertex Generative AI, DALL-E2, and Stable Diffusion.

The platform (developed on Google Cloud Platform and OpenAI) optimises both data cycles and the training of artificial intelligence models. It validates answers obtained using models developed on Google Cloud Platform with private, compliant, customer data, and more recent data which does not exist in models such as GPT-3 and GPT-4.

Therefore, companies maintain complete control over their data and can generate less generic content, more aligned with their policies and style guides, optimised with current information.
