Jens will spearhead Adform’s capabilities by collaborating with premium retailers and delivering bespoke solutions that maximise performance. He will report to Stefan Sommer, SVP, Global Sales & Partnerships/DACH, who oversees the division.

With over 25 years of experience in digital marketing, Jens has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams across programmatic and retail media. He previously served as Director of Marketing Operations & Insights for Zalando's Retail Media business (Zalando Marketing Services). Before that, Jens held senior roles at MediaMath, including Managing Director of Germany, Central/Eastern Europe, and Nordics, where he drove business development and customer acquisition across markets.
