Adform Expands UK Operations with Significant Director Appointments

With these hires, Adform is investing in expansion, as Glenn and Islam will further scale its momentum in the UK market. This includes evangelising brands and agencies on Adform’s industry-leading solutions across the buy and sell-side including a focus on cookieless solutions and omnichannel verticals.
Islam brings extensive commercial acumen and recognition in the advertising technology and media space. With twenty years of experience driving success for market leaders, including The Guardian, Immediate, and Microsoft Advertising, Islam joins Adform following five years with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, where he was responsible for account expansion in the UK, South Africa, and the Middle East.
Islam will leverage his deep connections with the UK’s foremost enterprise brands and agencies to drive partnerships and support these clients in meeting their business objectives. Based in Adform’s Manchester office, he will focus on the UK’s regions and northern agencies along with fellow sales director Martin Roberts. Enhancing Adform’s ability to meet the demand from national and local advertisers in the media-buying centres beyond London is his key priority.
Glenn is a veteran architect of strategic growth for media and advertising technology businesses. This includes Captify, where, as head of strategic accounts, Glenn built key partnerships and expanded revenue with brands and agencies. Before this, Glenn forged valuable relationships for Audiomob and was also responsible for the successful expansion of Global’s DAX supply partnerships.
She will strengthen Adform’s existing relationships and establish new partnerships with brands, agencies, and publishers. This includes educating clients on the media effectiveness and measurable value that Adform’s full product offering enables.
