This quarter, goTom welcomes two new team members: Tobias Keller joins as a customer success manager. With years of experience in customer success management within the ad tech sector at Webrepublic and TX Group, he will now focus on supporting clients to maximise their use and utility of our platform, offering tailored solutions, and ultimately ensuring goTom’s customer’s long-term success.
In addition, Julian Hens takes on the key role of account executive. Julian brings extensive experience in business development and sales leadership from his previous engagement at Zattoo, where he was an essential driver of their B2B business growth. In his new role, he will expand existing customer relationships, strengthen partnerships, and identify new business opportunities.

Finally, we are happy to announce an internal transition at goTom: Britta Heitkamp, previously in account management, now takes on the role of marketing & communications manager, overseeing the company’s communication strategy. With years of experience in communications, as well as deep product, industry, and customer expertise, she will further develop goTom’s strategic positioning and significantly expand its market communication.
"With these structural changes, we are consistently focusing on customer centricity. Our product and our customers benefit from experts who can fully support our clients, on a technical, process-driven as well as personal level – in customer success, sales, as well as marketing," says René Plug, CRO at goTom. "We are confident that this new structure will further strengthen our business and position us optimally for future growth."
