Adnuntius, a next-generation advertising and marketing platform connecting publishers and media buyers, has partnered with Cedara, the Carbon Intelligence Platform, to drive sustainability in the digital advertising ecosystem. This collaboration will empower Adnuntius with granular carbon measurement capabilities across its digital advertising supply chain, enabling data-driven decarbonisation efforts and fostering a more environmentally responsible digital advertising landscape.
Through this partnership, Cedara will provide Adnuntius with a transparent carbon footprint analysis of its operations, covering Scopes 1, 2, and 3 emissions in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG). This will also include emissions from the entire programmatic supply chain, ensuring that Adnuntius and its customers can make informed decisions to reduce the environmental impact of its advertising technology.
The integration of Cedara’s solution will allow Adnuntius to assess and optimise its programmatic advertising in alignment with the Ad Net Zero Global Media Sustainability Framework. By leveraging Cedara’s industry-leading carbon measurement analytics and benchmarks, Adnuntius will further demonstrate the efficiency of its Direct Path technology which unifies the buy side and sell side into a single platform.
Adnuntius will further utilise Cedara’s data to offer its clients and partners comprehensive transparency regarding the emissions associated with their advertising campaigns. This initiative supports brands and advertisers in their sustainability efforts, ensuring they can actively participate in reducing GHG emissions within the digital advertising ecosystem.
